Designer and Consultation Retainer Agreement- Step 2 after the agreement
Our goal at WW Designs Inc. to provide you with the best in cabinetry and designs that accommodates your space and budget. To accomplish that, all consulting is by appointment; this allows for the time that our designers need to gather all of the information to design your project. This service is valued over $1100.00.
A designer retainer fee of $700.00 will be required for the design and consultant work, which will include:

The Designer fee is due and payable at the initial consultation appointment. This fee will be credited towards the cabinetry purchase amount if cabinetry is purchased within three months from the date of the agreement. The Designer Retainer is non-refundable. If the client chooses not to purchase the project, the client is entitled to retain one 3-D rendering. All measurements, elevations, floor plans, and precinct material will remain the property of WW Designs Inc Designs may be purchased for a fee.
